What's the difference between phone, web, and text simulations?

They are the three channels a simulated test call can run on, and they cost differently because each uses a different stack. A phone simulation (5 credits) places a real telephony call over the carrier network — the fullest, most expensive path. A web simulation (3 credits) runs the same voice conversation in the browser using WebRTC, so there is no telephony layer. A text simulation (0.5 credits) is a typed, chat-style conversation with no voice at all — it skips speech-to-text (ASR) and text-to-speech (TTS) entirely, which is why it is the cheapest.

What does "metric scored" mean?

A metric is a single check you define and run against a call — for example "Did the agent verify identity?", average latency, or sentiment. "Metric scored" (0.2 credits) is one such metric evaluated on one call transcript. If you run 6 metrics across 50 calls, that is 300 metric scores. Metrics can be LLM-as-judge (an AI grades the transcript) or code-as-judge (a deterministic rule); both cost the same 0.2 credits per score.

What is included across the platform?

Growth adds Optimize (diagnose failing calls and generate prompt rewrites) and Co-Pilot (ask natural-language questions across all your calls).

What happens when I run out of credits?

Buy more credits any time at a flat $1 = 25 credits — pick a 10,000 or 50,000 pack, or enter a custom amount — or upgrade to a higher plan. Your existing data and configurations are never affected; only new billable actions pause.

Do unused credits roll over?

Accepted Answer

By default, plan credits reset each billing period and do not roll over. Top-up credits never expire and carry forward indefinitely. Rollover on plan credits can be enabled on request.

Question 7

Can I upgrade or downgrade mid-cycle?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with a pro-rata charge for the remainder of the period. Downgrades are scheduled for the end of the current billing period.
